We are members of the NRLA(National landlords association & The University of Birmingham Lettings Membership Scheme (LMS) which aims to bring together landlords, letting agents, and students, to make a positive impact on the Selly Oak’s housing market. The scheme helps students find the right place to rent, while giving landlords and letting agents direct access to those in our Birmingham community looking for somewhere to live. These accreditation’s demonstrate our credentials and our commitment to provide a first class living experience to all students.

As part of our commitment to offer the best possible value for money to students, we DO NOT charge an administration fee when enrolling students.
